As the holiday season and the year 2011 is winding down, it’s time for a little self-reflection. It’s nice to think about New Year’s resolutions, welcoming in the new year and starting off with a fresh slate as 2012 is fast approaching, but I also want to sit back and appreciate the past year and where it’s taken me. Man, this year just flew by! I’m not exactly where I thought I’d be at the end of 2011, but I’m pretty damn lucky to have the love and support that I do. 2011 was a year of many big changes and minor ones, a lot of new friends and old, some regrets but hopefully more acceptances, too. Here’s to 2012 and my resolutions: to continually grow as a person, to chase my happiness and to solidifying my future!

I hope you all have a safe and festive new year’s eve celebration, ringing in the new year surrounded by people that make you happy! And some alcohol, balloons and sequins probably wouldn’t hurt either ;)  Happy New Year, lovelies!
